We respect your right to privacy. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time — directly from within the app.

HOW TODELETE

Delete your account in the app

Open The Enchanted Co. app

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.

Go to your Profile

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your account settings.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and tap the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm deletion

Review the confirmation prompt and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

No app access? If you cannot access the app, email us at hello@lovetheenchantedco.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 7 business days.
